We stand behind the quality of our educational resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • 7-Day Exchange Window: You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Valid Reasons for Return:
    • The book received is damaged or has printing defects (e.g., missing pages, blurred ink).
    • The wrong title or edition was sent by mistake.
    • The content does not match the “Certified 100% Guarantee” advertised for that specific edition.
  • Conditions for Return: * The book must be in its original condition.
    • Books with handwritten names, highlighted text, folded corners, or visible wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
  • Refund Process:
    • If a replacement for a damaged book is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
    • Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
